Running for Generations

Every step for the generations before us, beside us and after us

Running the World Marathon Majors to support cancer, MS and epilepsy research.

Why I run

What started as a personal athletic goal became something much bigger. I lost my father to cancer at a young age. Last year, my brother was diagnosed with MS. And my daughter lives with epilepsy.

Three generations of my family have been affected. That is why I run.

Meet Leon

My name is Leon, and I’m on a mission to run the World Marathon Majors while raising money for causes deeply connected to my family story.

The road to the Marathon Majors

Running the World Marathon Majors has been a dream of mine for a long time. But along the way, it became something much bigger.
Each marathon I run is dedicated to a story close to my heart, my father, my brother and my daughter. Three generations of my family, connected through challenges no family chooses.

Berlin will be the first marathon in this journey with a purpose.

Be part of the journey

Running the World Marathon Majors takes commitment, preparation and support.

While all travel and marathon expenses are personally funded, every donation goes directly to the causes closest to my heart, cancer, MS and epilepsy research.

Together, we can make every step count.
